Paul runs his business leading by example ensuring his team are always pleasant and professional, happy team equals happy customers.

Lorraine is co owner of CWM and has worked within the Travel Industry for over 20 years covering various roles from sales to management.
Lorraine always strives to GO THE EXTRA MILE with all our customers at CWM to ensure they have the best experience possible when buying their car.
Lorraine looks after the accounts within the business along with taking care of the marketing and social media.
Lorraine enjoys spending time with her and Paul's three boy's holidays and family days out, plus a few Vodka Lime and Sodas with her chums.

John joined the management team in July 2024 as General Sales Manager.
John has worked within the motor industry for over 20 years managing both independent dealerships as well as large car supermarkets. John wanted to change his career path to experience working for a family business and has brought a wealth of experience and knowledge to the business. John has excelled in his new role so much so he has as of May 2025 joined Paul & Lorraine as a Managing Director we are all excited to see what the future holds for Team CWM with John playing a major role in driving and expanding the business going forward.
John likes to walk his dogs and spend time with my daughter who keeps him busy with her shopping sprees!

Ash has been with Team CWM for over 12 years, orginally working within our workshop as a technician.
Ash has been promoted recently to After Sales Manager and is fastly becoming Paul's right hand man within the sales office, this is a real challenge and change of career for Ash he is excelling within his new role.
Ash loves to spend time with his lovely wife, daughter and son.

Paul has a wealth of experience within the motor industry which spans over 20 years. Paul has gained knowledge throughout his career working within local franchise dealerships most recently a large Vauxall dealer.
Paul has taken on the role of Sales Manager and will be a great asset to Team CWM. Paul has a wealth of knowledge within sales and finance and will be here to guide the team into ensuring the best products are delivered to our customers to suit their needs when purchasing their car.
Paul enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid collector of Whisky.

Harvey completed his A levels studying Business & Economics whilst helping out at the weekends in our sales department during his time at collage and having passed his exams he has now joined Team CWM on a full time basis.
Harvey has spent the last two years learning all aspects of the sales process and keeping it in the family Harvey has been learning the ropes from his Dad Paul! Harvey now has a wealth of experience and has earned his latest position of full time sales executive, his passion for delivering memorable customer service each and every time is his biggest strength.

Martin is the newest member of our team he has taken on the role of Bodyshop Manager within our brand new Preperation Centre
Martin has many years of experience within his field and can turn his hand to any cosmetic repairs that are required his attention to detail is second to none he will ensure all our cars are preppared inside and out to the highest quality prior to them being collected.

Jason is the newest member of our sales team he has taken on the role of Sales Executive.
Jason brings 30 years of invaluable sales experience in varying industries including construction, corporate leasing and the motor trade. Over the years Jason has gained a deep understanding of the sector, particularly from his time spent working within a Motor Parts company and managing his own independent dealership. Jason is passionate about delivering great customer service so we know he will fit well within Team CWM and strive to Go The Extra Mile with each and every one of our customers.
